It can be as easy as lying down on the floor! Gently explore functional movement patterns to change your brain. Move better, feel better, think better. Class meets via Zoom and is appropriate for anyone who is comfortable lying, sitting, and standing. (Visualizing the movements can be just as effective as doing them.) Please have a yoga mat, beach towels, and some cushions handy, just in case!
